Toho Studios has introduced the title of its sequel to the Oscar-winning Godzilla Minus One. As revealed on the annual Godzilla Fest in Tokyo, the movie shall be referred to as Godzilla -0.0 (or Godzilla Minus Zero).
Yamazaki Takashi has been confirmed to be getting back from Godzilla Minus One as author, director, and visible results supervisor. Shirogumi’s Chōfu studio will as soon as once more deal with VFX photographs, with manufacturing by Toho Studios and Robotic. Godzilla Minus Zero was reported to be in manufacturing this previous July, after Toho greenlit the film one 12 months earlier.
Its 2023 predecessor, Godzilla Minus One, was a large important and industrial success. It grew to become the highest-grossing Japanese Godzilla movie in its residence nation, and earned $56 million in North America, making it the highest-grossing Japanese-language live-action movie ever within the area.
