Brandon Schreur: I liked the ultimate episode of Cobra Kai. Seeing Johnny battle with Daniel as his sensei, that was such a cool technique to finish the entire thing. I used to be simply questioning that, when this present first began, do you know that this was the way it was all going to finish and also you needed Johnny to have that second?
Jon Hurwitz: We knew from the very starting that we needed to carry Johnny and Daniel collectively in the way in which that we did. We liked the concept of Johnny again on the purple mat. Again on that mat, which was so traumatic for him all these years in the past. To see him truly battle once more and have a victory, this time, however, as a substitute of Sensei Kreese in his nook, it’s Daniel LaRusso, who began as his enemy, turned his shut good friend, and, in that second, his sensei.
